Proud to Stop/A small daily habit

A small daily habit

Small habits can take up a surprisingly large part of your day.

One spoon. One snack. One small decision, then another. The Stop Frame does not make that decision feel dramatic. It gives you a visible marker for the day you decided to change it.

You stopped. Make it visible.

A physical counter.

A real object.

A moment you can keep.

The Stop Frame for a small daily habit

Start small

You do not have to change everything. Maybe it is sugar. Maybe it is a daily snack. Maybe it is something you reach for without thinking. Pick one thing, set day zero, and start counting.

Why make it visible?

Small changes are easy to overlook. A day does not feel like much, and neither does a week. But the counter keeps showing the total. One day. Ten days. Thirty days. The number becomes the reminder.

How it works

Step 1

Decide to stop.

Choose what you are leaving behind. That decision is day zero.

Step 2

Put the object behind the glass.

Place a physical reminder inside. The magnetic frame holds it in seconds.

Step 3

Turn on the timer.

Click the physical button and the count begins.

Step 4

Watch it count, forever.

Every second since your decision, on your wall for good.

One example

A small wrapper can represent a decision. So can a sachet, a note, or a photo. The frame does not prescribe what you should stop. You decide.

One day at a time

You do not need to think about the next year. Just look at today's number, then tomorrow's, then the next one.

One frame. Your story.

The Stop Frame was built around one idea. When a decision matters, the time that follows matters too.

A premium glass panel holds something meaningful inside. A bright LED display shows the days, hours, minutes and seconds since your decision, and the number only moves forward.

It connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and syncs with the companion app, so you can check your count from your phone or smartwatch. It charges over USB-C and runs for about a week on a charge, or you can keep it plugged in. If the power ever runs out, a backup is designed to keep your count alive for about a year.

No feed. No notifications. No algorithm. Just a physical object and a number that keeps moving.

The text is yours to choose. The object inside is yours to choose.

The content is yours. The decision is yours. The time is yours.
